The Art of Coming Home to Yourself with Fitness, Mindset & Nutrition

For the woman who’s ready to stop treating her body like a problem to fix & start treating it like a system to understand. Mind, body, nervous system, nutrition, training, self-trust. Nothing exists in isolation & neither do you.

Most Women Aren’t Confused About What To Do…

We are disconnected from our bodies because we’ve been taught to fix symptoms (bloating, fatigue, weight gain, low confidence) without ever asking why they’re happening… This is where diet & workout culture falls short. You can’t heal your mind without healing your gut & you can’t heal your gut without healing your mind. So why is no one talking about doing both?

Why SŌMA?

SŌMA is the Greek word for the body as a whole the physical, emotional, and internal self, all interconnected. It means the living body… not just something you see, but something you inhabit.

Wellness was never meant to be about fixing yourself. SŌMA is about coming home. It’s the reminder that your body is not a project, not a problem, not a before-and-after… It is your foundation, your nervous system, your strength, your softness, your life.

Here, we don’t chase perfection we build self-trust, structure, and a way of living that feels whole. SŌMA was created with integrity, through my own journey of discovering that true health isn’t just training or nutrition in isolation. It’s mindset, nervous system safety and consistency rooted in self-respect.

Meet Sian

My wellness journey began long before I ever stepped into a gym.

At a young age, I became aware of the way so many women are taught to believe their worth is tied to how they look. Over time, that belief shaped my relationship with my body, food, and self-confidence.

My own experiences with disordered eating, body dysmorphia, and self-doubt led me down a path of deep healing and ultimately into the world of health and wellness.

I went on to complete my Certificate III & IV in Fitness and studied a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Nutrition and Health Promotion, to better understand the body as a whole: physically, emotionally, and internally.

Today, I support women through a holistic approach that combines training, nutrition, mindset, and nervous system care.

Working with me isn’t about quick fixes or extreme discipline it’s about building sustainable habits, self-trust, and a life that feels grounded, strong, and whole.

“I honestly can’t thank Sian enough for what this experience has done for me.

For about a year and a half, I genuinely felt terrible, physically, mentally, emotionally. I didn’t realise how much I was struggling until I started feeling what it’s like to actually feel good again.

Working with Sian has been one of the best things I’ve ever done in every aspect of my life.

My meals are so balanced, I’m eating really well, I feel energised, and I’ve built habits that actually feel sustainable. I’m still journaling consistently, which was such a big part of why I was drawn to her in the first place — the mindset work is just as powerful as the fitness.

And seeing muscle growth has been incredible. I had the intention to get stronger, but I wasn’t prepared for how much progress I would actually make. It feels so fulfilling to finally feel proud of my body and my effort.

The community Sian has created is also so special. The girls on the calls are amazing — it feels like a space full of support, connection, and people who truly want the best for each other.

I genuinely feel like a new person. I’m so grateful, and I honestly want to shout from the rooftops for every woman to experience this.”

“I can’t even put into words how special the last 5 days have been

The moment I saw Sian post about her retreat in Bali I had a gut feeling telling me “go” and I am so glad I did.

Aside from the yummy food, funny jokes and bikini pics this trip forced me to go deep and unpack lots of suppressed emotions, to try new things, meet new people and get outside my comfort zone

So many feelings, thoughts, traumas and fears were brought up this trip and for that I’m grateful. Grateful that I no longer need to suppress how I feel or drown myself in work. I can give myself space to feel and process.

These girls now hold a special part in my heart and every time I look down at my ankle I will remember this experience 🌻

Coming home with a sense of “we’re literally on a floating rock we can be whoever the f**k we want to be” energy ✨”

“Sian, you have taught me so much about myself through your programs. From how to properly fuel my body, to learning how to train for both my mind and my body. I have gained so much respect for myself because I followed your guidance. I’ve also gained back my love for the gym again for the first time in years and actually train because I enjoy it not because I need to escape my mind or punish my body.

Your holistic approach is something that I’m truly grateful for and the meal plans are really easy to prep for and follow. Eating whole foods has changed the game for me and it’s made me appreciate what real food really is.

This isn’t just about food, physique or appearances, it’s about the mindset shift and freedom that has come from following a structured program. I truly believe that discipline always equals freedom and I don’t think I can express how working with you has changed my life.

Honestly, I can’t thank you enough for opening up my mind to this way of training, thinking and eating 💛”

“I’ve always wanted to go on a retreat, but I always found a reason not to. When Sian shared her retreat, everything just felt right. The timing, the energy… it all aligned. And I’m so, so grateful I listened to that nudge.

Firstly, thank you, Sian. You created something so special. A space full of adventure, fitness, mindset, and relaxation. But most importantly, a space that felt completely safe and open. You lead with so much heart, and it was felt every single day. I’m endlessly thankful to know your beautiful soul ❤️

To all the incredible girls, wow. Every single one of you showed up with vulnerability, authenticity, and so much love. I genuinely connected with each of you. I have so much gratitude for these connections for life ✨

This retreat taught me a lot, but something that really hit home was learning one of my greatest strengths is me. My personality, my energy, my ability to be loud, confident — as well as sensitive and deeply empathetic. Traits I have been made to feel ashamed of in the past, are now ones I want to celebrate.

This experience reminded me to stay grateful, present, to recognise growth, and that we are the creators of our own lives.

This is your sign to book the trip ❤️”

6 Things Every Woman Should Know Before Starting Their Wellness Journey

You can train and eat “perfect,” but if your nervous system feels unsafe, your body holds on to weight, inflammation, and exhaustion. Feeling safe is what allows real change.

✿ Learning yourself is part of the work. When you understand why you react, what you protect, and what you repeat, you stop living on autopilot. Self-awareness turns patterns into choice and that’s where freedom lives.

✿ Your gut and your brain are always in conversation. When digestion is stressed, so is your mind. When you eat to support both, energy steadies, cravings soften, and your body starts trusting you again.

✿ Your body was never meant to look like anyone else’s. Different genetics, hormones, and seasons create different results. Learning to work with your body is what builds real confidence.

✿ There is nothing wrong with your genetics, you’re just staying comfortable. Same workouts, same weights, same results. Your body only changes when you give it a new reason to.

✿ Your dream body will never outrun your self-worth. You can get toned, shredded, curvy whatever but if you’re not working on your inner world, you’ll never feel satisfied.
